Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

  • All tags must still be attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within [12 hours] of receiving your package. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
